Have you ever fought with someone about the difference between a tornado what or a tornado warning? A tornado watch is when the conditions of the weather could lead to a tornado. A warning is when a tornado has been spotted or when a radar picks up its signals. The article tells what to do during a watch: stay aware and keep up with the news, and listen for sirens. During a warning, you are supposed to take shelter and stay out of motor homes, open fields and away from highways.

Most people say that once a tornado touches down in a certain spot, that it will not touch down there again. However, in this town, that is not the case. In April of 2010, a tornado swept through Yazoo, Mississippi killing 3 kids and 10 people in all. In november, another tornado touched down in the same area, but it was less damaging.
